When I choose a home, I look for the positional facilities first. Like how much I got to travel to reach my workplace, the marketplace or how long it’ll take me to catch a flight and so on. The same thing struck me for Sunny Valley.

As I visited the place on Eastern Metropolitan Bypass, near Garia, I was stunned. It’s so close to the upcoming Garia Metro Rail Station! Which means the entire Kolkata is in my grip. And there’s the Bypass itself to take me to Salt Lake, New Town, Airport and even further.

Plus, I’ve the Garia railway station and its adjacent bus terminus nearby. Other positional advantages like hospitals (Peerless Hospital, Rabindranath Tagore Cardiac Centre, Hindustan Health Point); school (BD Memorial); shopping (Big Bazar - Hiland Park) etc. are also thriving.
